North Carolina’s Outer Banks are a well-liked and renowned tourist destination due to the regions rich historical attractions, the miles of beautiful beaches and seashores and the abundant areas ripe for exploring. The string of narrow barrier islands that comprise this wonderful region and is a fantastic spot for your next holiday to learn more about America’s early history or just laze about on a sandy beaches where any stress, will most surely and simply – melt away.

There are excellent historical attractions that stand out, such as the Wright Brothers National Memorial. You will find museum exhibits, tours of the area if you’re intrigued by the miracle of flight.

Since the long string of islands extends for over 100 miles, there’s an amazing amount of sandy seashores – great for strolling along the shores or relaxing and catching some sun. Some of the very best shores are located on Ocracoke Island, accessed via ferry from Hatteras Island.

Pursue an assortment of water activities such as swimming, windsurfing, and boating or simply just roaming the shore in search of a perfect shell or the best breathtaking view.
