Today in Oslo, the U.S. president Barack Obama under long applause from those present, received the Nobel medal and a diploma. The ability to have income while you are out of work through no fault of your own is what everyone usually assumes that their local unemployment office is there for. However, that is far from its only purpose. While you do get money as long as you qualify, you can also get yourself educated to increase your chances of finding an even better job. Historical Economical Losses to British Airways

It’s hard times for the airline industry, where British Airways (BA) has reported the largest loss since the company was privatized in 1987. The British company’s deficit is large and primarily due to the declining pound and higher fuel costs, which is pulling it’s bottom line into the red – informs BBC. Porsche Having Monetary Problems

The German manufacturer of luxury cars Porsche has huge debts and has now filed for a one billion loan from the state. According to a spokesman for Porsche, the group tried to get shot of fresh capital into the firm and applied for loans in the state-owned KfW bank. Huge Debt Porsche otherwise run a very good business, but have burnt their fingers somewhat in connection with an acquisition of another German car manufacturer – Volkswagen. Japanese finance package to stimulate economy

The world’s second largest economy is nearly in free fall and measured on an annual basis, Japan’s economy is down by as much 15.2 percent – the lowest figures in more than 50 years. The world’s second largest economy is in deep crisis. New figures for Japan’s economy showed a decrease in gross domestic product to 4 percent in the first quarter. Both production and demand has come to a halt. Exports have almost halved within a few months – not least because of the failure of export of cars.
